MacDermid Offshore Inks Frame Agreement with Woodside Energy

MacDermid Offshore has signed a Frame Agreement with Woodside Energy thereby consolidating its long-standing position as a preferred supplier of subsea production control fluids. The frame agreement is awarded for a 3 year period with an optional period of 2 years.

Mark Hollinger, President of MacDermid Offshore Solutions, commented, "Woodside has been using MacDermid products for in excess of 20 years and we have supported some very important projects in the past. The Frame Agreement allows us to focus on continued success in the future with an Australian oil and gas leader."
