Alderley Systems Appoints New Regional Sales Director

Alderley Systems, a subsidiary of Alderley Group, announced the appointment of Eddie McCusker as Regional Sales Director based in Aberdeen. Mr. McCusker will be responsible for developing Alderley's presence within the northern North Sea areas of Norway and Denmark. This is a newly created position and follows six months of management re-structuring at Alderley Group which saw the appointment of Eric Maddock as Group Business Development Director. Chris McGeehan has also joined Alderley as managing director of the newly created Alderley Systems Group. Alderley is a market leader in liquid and gas metering, produced water treatment packages and water injection systems.

Eric Maddock, group business development director said, "Eddie's appointment in Aberdeen is key to developing the business further in the northern North Sea sales regions, with Norway and Denmark being major areas of focus. Eddie has a wide knowledge of produced water treatment systems and is highly experienced in metering systems and controls. This along with his wide network of contacts in these sectors makes him well placed to support the company in securing new projects going forward.

"It has been a busy start to the year for Alderley, the re-structuring our management team is part of our strategy to build on our growth to date. We have also secured a significant contract worth in excess of $20 million in our Middle Eastern operations. This order provides a solid framework for Alderley's continued growth in 2010 whilst bolstering our presence and reputation in the Middle East."

McCusker has 28 years experience working in sales management within the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Alderley he worked with Halliburton as Business Development Manager of the Pipeline & Process Division. However he has also held positions at Wood Group, Baker Hughes, Natco, Petreco and Cameron.

McCusker, said, "It's exciting to join Alderley as it is about to enter a new phase of growth and development. I look forward to leading operations in Aberdeen and am confident that Alderley's reputation in the liquid and gas metering and produced water treatment sectors will help to secure some significant Capex and Opex contracts in the months ahead."
