OEG's Singaporean Subsidiary Starts Strong

OEG Offshore is celebrating winning more than £900,000 ($1.3million USD) worth of contracts during its first seven months of operations.

Less than eight months after setting up a base in Jurong, Singapore, OEG Asia Pacific has secured deals in China, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. A variety of products were provided to each region ranging from cargo-carrying units to specialist A60 cabins and DNV containers.

John Aw said, "OEG APac was launched as part of OEG Offshore's plans to expand globally and our presence in Singapore meant that we could offer on the ground support to customers who work in the Asia Pacific region.

"Since it was launched in November 2009, OEG APac has enjoyed huge success in the region. Our ability to offer tailored services to customers and deliver projects within limited timescales has allowed us to build up a good reputation in a short space of time and awareness of our presence in Singapore continues to grow rapidly.
