Crude Oil Continues Ascent

Light sweet crude for June delivery continued its climb Friday, settling at $86.15. Friday's price is nearly a dollar higher than the previous day's settlement price of $85.17, which also followed a rally.
NYMEX gasoline futures also rose Friday albeit at a more modest rate. Friday's settlement price of $2.40 was a four-cent gain from Thursday.
Natural gas spot prices at the Henry Hub for June 2010 delivery continued to lose ground Friday, declining six cents to $3.92 per thousand cubic feet.
