Oceaneering Names Senior VP, Subsea Products

Oceaneering has appointed Knut Eriksen as Senior Vice President, Subsea Products.

Effective April 19, 2010, Mr. Eriksen assumed worldwide P&L responsibility for Oceaneering's Subsea Products group, which includes Oceaneering Multiflex and Oceaneering Intervention Engineering.

Mr. Eriksen's career spans over thirty years in the oil and gas industry, most recently with Natco Group, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President, Global Execution. The majority of his business experience is in deepwater engineering and offshore projects, and he previously held numerous management positions in engineering, operations, and business development at Aker Kvaerner, Inc. and Aker Maritime ASA. Mr. Eriksen has Masters Degrees in engineering and business administration.
