Orion O&G Shuffles Management

Orion O&G announced that J. Dean Tucker has joined Orion as Chief Operating Officer, Glen Mah as Vice President, Asset Management, and Jacques Millette as Vice President, Engineering and Development. Mr. Tucker and Mr. Mah will be based in Calgary. Mr. Millette is currently working in Calgary, but is expected to relocate and play a leadership role in South America as the Company progresses with its plans to become active in the region.

Mr. Tucker has 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, predominantly in leadership roles in upstream development and production operations. Mr. Tucker's most recent role was Vice President, Operations and Production at Crew Energy. Prior to Crew, Mr. Tucker was a Vice President of Pearl Exploration and Production. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tucker served as Vice President, Operations at Real Resources, Drilling Manger at both Canadian Natural Resources Limited and Rio Alto Exploration, and Senior Engineer with Schlumberger's Integrated Project Management Division.

Mr. Mah has 31 years experience in the industry, most recently as Lead Geologist at Niko Resources Ltd. In this role, he managed Niko's deepwater offshore exploration programs in Indonesia. Prior to Niko, Mr. Mah was Chief Geologist at Tanganyika Oil Company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mah worked as Team Lead at EnCana. He was also Team Lead at Nexen. Glen is a registered geologist (P.Geol.) in the Province of Alberta.

Mr. Millette has 16 years of experience in the industry, most recently as Senior Manager of Engineering, Development, and Drilling. Mr. Millette had previously worked with Occidental Petroleum. Mr. Millette is a registered engineer (P.Eng.) in the Province of Alberta.
