Norse Energy USA Says Hello to New VP of M&A
Norse Energy Corp ASA announced that Mr. J. Chris Steinhauser has accepted the position of Executive Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), of Norse Energy Corp USA.
Chris Steinhauser will be in charge of developing and providing various strategic initiatives including implementation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and related activities. He will report to the CEO, Øivind Risberg.
"I am very pleased that Chris has chosen to join our executive team to help expand our business development expertise. He has the strategic depth and M&A competence to help broaden our resource base into reserves and build shareholder value," said Øivind Risberg, CEO.
Chris has held several executive financial positions over the last 20 years and has a solid track record of bringing start-up oil and gas companies to the public markets. He has a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, conducted graduate studies at the University of Denver and was a Certified Public Accountant.
