Petro Vista Retains Operatorship in Morichito Block

Petro Vista Energy announced, through mutual agreement with Petroamerica, the decision not to pursue the farmout of a 25% participating interest in the Morichito Block. As a result, Petro Vista will retain a 50% participating interest and operatorship of this Block.
