Aker Solutions Appoints New Subsea Manager
The Aberdeen operation of global engineering and construction services group Aker Solutions has announced the appointment of a new subsea wellheads business manager to lead the reshaping of the business stream as it begins work on a promising 2010 order book.
With 20 years technical and business experience, Jim Mann is responsible for reshaping, driving growth and delivering against commitments across all facets of the subsea wellheads business. He will report directly to the Vice President of Controls and Wellheads based in Aberdeen.
Previously a senior project manager with Merpro Ltd in Montrose, Mann was responsible for the design, development, fabrication and delivery of Top Side Process solutions to companies operating in Europe, UAE, and SE Asia.
