Saudi Aramco Targets Manifa Project Completion By 2015

Saudi Arabian Oil, the world's largest oil company, said Thursday the projected completion date for its giant Manifa offshore project is 2015.
Attached to an article posted on the company's Website, the company said Manifa will also yield 900,000 barrels a day of Arabian Heavy crude oil, 900 million cubic feet a day of associated gas and 65,000 barrels a day of condensate.
The company added 60% of the project's causeway and drilling islands system will be completed in 2009 and 100% of offshore jackets were completed in the second quarter of 2009.
In October, a senior company official said that the company was on track to produce first crude oil from Manifa in 2013.
