W&T Offshore Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

W&T Offshore announced that its Board of Directors on August 3, 2009 declared a regular cash quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, payable to the holders of the Corporation's common shares. The dividend will be payable on September 17, 2009, to the shareholders of record on August 20, 2009.
