Nexen Reviews Marketing Activities for Upstream O&G Business

Nexen is reviewing strategic alternatives for its natural gas and power marketing businesses, which may include the sale of all or part of these businesses. The company has selected an advisor to assist with this initiative to continue the alignment of its ongoing marketing activities with its upstream oil and gas business. Nexen remains committed to its customers and will ensure that the company continues to deliver exceptional service through this period.
