Cooper Cameron & Kvaerner Resolve Licensing Disagreement

Cooper Cameron and Kvaerner Oilfield Products have reached an agreement settling patent infringement litigation between the two companies allowing Kvaerner Oilfield Products to license Cooper Cameron's patented SpoolTreeTM horizontal Christmas tree design used in subsea oil and gas wells.
