TNK-BP Says Hello to New Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director
TNK-BP has announced two senior appointments in the company's management, both of which take effect immediately.

He has been acting CFO of TNK-BP since August, 2008, and combined that role with the responsibilities of Chief Auditor of the company. Jonathan Muir has been with TNK-BP since its inception in 2003 as Vice President, Financial Control, and made a leading contribution in establishing TNK-BP's corporate governance framework.
Didier Baudrand has been appointed Executive Vice President Downstream and Executive Director of TNK-BP. Didier Baudrand is joining the company from BP where he enjoyed a long and successful career at BP locations in France, the UK and China, specializing in refining, marketing and petrochemicals. "The new appointments mark a further step in completing our senior management team, which combines the strength of our existing cadre with new experience. I look forward to working with Jonathan and Didier as we execute the next phase of TNK-BP's evolution," said Tim Summers, Chief Executive Officer of TNK-BP.
