Siem Offshore Appoints New HR Director
Terje Lovoll (age 40) has been appointed by Siem Offshore to a new position in the Company as Human Resources Director. Terje Lovoll currently holds the position as Vice President HR (Capability & Knowledge Development) in Rolls-Royce Marine. He will assume the new position within March 1, 2009 and report to the CEO.
Terje Lovoll has a Master degree in Organizational and Management Development from the University of Bergen, and in association with University of Harvard. Prior to the current employment in Rolls-Royce, he has gained experiences from the Royal Norwegian Navy, Fugro-Geoteam, and the Oslo Police District – Headquarter.
