PSN Names New U.S. VP of Engineering, Construction
Production Services Network (PSN) has announced the appointment of Jacques LeBlanc as the new vice president of engineering and construction for the U.S.
LeBlanc, who will be based at PSN’s U.S. headquarters office in Houston, formerly served as a business manager for PSN where he was responsible for a major contract in the North Sea. Prior to that LeBlanc was based in Lafayette, LA where he was the operations manager for PSN’s Gulf of Mexico business unit.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in the oil, gas and manufacturing industries, having held various management positions at several oil and gas companies worldwide. He will be responsible for managing PSN’s U.S. engineering and construction efforts, with an emphasis on growing these capabilities within the company’s strong U.S. operations and maintenance business.

LeBlanc received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana Engineering College. He also served for more than 10 years in the U.S. Army and Reserve as an Infantry and Engineering officer.
