Northern Hemisphere Makes Private Placement

Northern Hemisphere Development Corp. has announced a private placement, to consist of the sale of up to 2,000,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit, each unit to consist of one common share and one-half (1/2) of a share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant to entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.15 for a period of 2 years from closing.

The proceeds of up to $200,000 to be raised pursuant to this private placement, which is subject to regulatory acceptance, will be used for working capital purposes.
