Toreador's Gilboux Promoted to VP of Exploration
Toreador Resources Corporation
Toreador Resources Corporation has announced that on June 28, 2008, Michael FitzGerald, Executive Vice President - Exploration and Production for Toreador, resigned his employment. On June 27, 2008, Edward Ramirez, Senior Vice President - Exploration and Production for Toreador, also resigned to pursue other interests. Toreador and Ramirez entered into a Separation Agreement and Release.
Regional management will now report directly to Nigel Lovett, Toreador's CEO and President. John Gilboux has been promoted to Vice President of Exploration and will report to Lovett.
