Stealth Names Krivak New President

Stealth Ventures Ltd. announced that Mr. Derek Krivak has been appointed President and CEO of the Company.

Krivak initially joined the Company as Vice President, Operations in April, 2005, and most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) as well as being a member of the board of directors. Mr. Krivak's past experience as Project Manager for the Unconventional Gas Research Group with the Alberta Research Council Inc. (ARC) and his role with the Gas Technology Institute for unconventional gas projects throughout North America and abroad has proven timely and invaluable as the Company initiates full commercial production of its shale project in Alberta, and continues work on its large CBM project in Nova Scotia.

Mr. Robert Bell's years of service to the Company was instrumental in seeing Stealth grow from a predominantly non-operated oil and gas vehicle to the full cycle operating junior oil and gas Company it is today. Mr. Bell will remain an active and integral part of the Company as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
