Siem Offshore Names New COO, CCO
Lars Bruun has been appointed as new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Siem Offshore. Lars Bruun will join the Company during third quarter and report to CEO of Siem Offshore. Lars Bruun has 24 years of international working experience from various offshore and onshore positions in the oil and gas business, including diving and subsea operations, field development, project and vessel management. Lars has a background as marine hunter from the Danish Navy and also holds an MBA from the Norwegian Business School.

"Lars has gained a vast technical experience during his professional life and demonstrated a great ability to manage sophisticated vessels and offshore projects and to develop capable organizations. His leadership and strong management background will bring a wealth of knowledge to assist us in developing the Company to a first class provider of a wide range of marine services."Christian Berg has been appointed to a new position in the Company as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Siem Offshore. Christian Berg will join the Company during third quarter and report to CEO of Siem Offshore. Christian Berg is a Master Mariner and has 14 years of working experience from various offshore and onshore positions, including the oil and gas business. Christian comes from the position as General Manager of Promarine Ltd.
"Christian Berg will be overall responsible for the marketing and sale of marine services based on the company's fleet of vessels, equipment and experienced offshore and onshore personnel, and coordinate these tasks together with the growing organisation within the commercial area," said Sorensen Christian's marine background in combination with his experience from marine and subsea consultancy will complement the current organisation in developing and providing first class services to our customers."
