Teton Energy Appoints Koeniger as Director of Land
Teton Energy Corporation announced the appointment of E. Russell Koeniger to the position of Director of Land. Mr. Koeniger will be responsible for all leasing of land and related land administration functions for Teton. The appointment is effective March 17, 2008.
Mr. Koeniger has over 33 years of land leasing and administration experience in the energy business in Denver. Russ served as a Senior Landman for Bill Barrett Corporation since 2003. During that time, Russ was responsible for all land administration activities in the Big Horn and Wind River Basins and the tri-state area of Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska. Prior to Bill Barrett Corporation, Russ was District Landman for nine and one-half years with Barrett Resources Corporation and Williams Production RMT Company. Previously he spent approximately 19 years with several oil and gas companies in the Denver area managing land administration activities in Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota, Utah and New Mexico.
Mr. Koeniger has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Northern Colorado. He is a member of the Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen.
