EDEX Plans to Become a Fully Reporting Bulletin Board Trading Stock
Eldorado Exploration, a California based Oil and Gas exploration company, announced that in addition to filing the Company's 15c211 with the National Association of Securities Dealer (NASD), preparation has begun for its plan to become a fully reporting Bulletin Board trading stock. The required quarterly and annual reviews with independent accountants for years ended 2006 and 2007 have been started. The registration statements necessary to become a fully reporting company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will also be completed and submitted.
David T. (Tom) Laurance, President and CEO of Eldorado Exploration, Inc., stated, "Becoming a 'fully reporting' company and listing on the OTCBB is an important step for EDEX and should provide a significant boost to investor confidence. Once listed on the Bulletin Board, the Company will be exposed to a broader base of investors and sophisticated financial institutions."
