Arrow Reports Executive Changes

The Directors of Arrow Energy Ltd announced the following changes to the Executive Management Team.

As many of you would be aware Andrew Purcell, has been diagnosed with a serious illness that will require him to devote most of his time to its treatment. To allow Andrew the time he needs to do this he will move from his current role of Regional Chief Executive (Australia) to work on special projects for the Board, as an Executive Advisor.

Everyone at Arrow wishes Andrew a speedy recovery and we look forward to having him back to help us once his treatment is complete. Shaun Scott has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (Australia) reporting to Nick Davies, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.

Shaun has been with Arrow for nearly 4 years, initially as Chief Financial Officer and more recently as Chief Commercial Officer and has been closely involved with, and responsible for, many of the initiatives that have made Arrow the Company it is today. His detailed knowledge of the business, company and people will lead to a smooth transition and continued strong leadership. Clint Adams is appointed Chief Commercial Officer, replacing Shaun.

Clint has been an integral part of Arrow's Commercial team for the last 2 years and was the lead in the recent Enertrade Acquisition and will continue the strong commercial skills of Arrow. Tony Knight has also rejoined the company as General Manager of Exploration. Tony has a long history of successful exploration activity and extensive knowledge of Arrow’s Queensland acreage, especially the Bowen Basin. Andrew Rodgers has also recently been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Andrew brings to Arrow strong financial and commercial skills gained from a number of senior finance and management roles.
