BreitBurn Cash Distribution
BreitBurn Energy Partners L.P. announced a cash distribution of $0.4525 per unit for the fourth quarter 2007, or $1.81 per unit on an annualized basis, for all of its outstanding units, which will be payable on February 14, 2008 to the record holders of common units at the close of business on February 11, 2008.
BreitBurn Energy Partners L.P. is an independent oil and gas limited partnership, focused on the acquisition, exploitation and development of oil and gas properties. BreitBurn's assets consist primarily of producing and non-producing crude oil and natural gas reserves located in the Los Angeles Basin in California, the Wind River and Big Horn Basins in central Wyoming, the Permian Basin in West Texas, the Sunniland Trend in Florida, the Antrim Shale in Michigan and the New Albany Shale in Indiana and Kentucky.
