Dana Petroleum to Offer Block Listings
Dana Petroleum has made an application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for block listings totaling 303,833 ordinary shares of 15p each fully paid to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the official list upon issuance. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of Dana Petroleum.
The block listings consist of: 6,523 ordinary shares of 15p each to provide for issue of shares in relation to the Jan. 2005 share option award under the Dana Petroleum Share Save Scheme; 155,831 ordinary shares of 15p each to provide for implementation of the Deferred Share Payment A approved for issue at the EGM of the company held on Sept. 26, 2006; 141,479 ordinary shares of 15p each to provide for implementation of the Deferred Share Payment B approved for issue at the EGM of the company held on Sept.26 2006.
