Flotek Industries to List on New York Stock Exchange
Flotek Industries, a technology-driven growth company serving the oil/gas and mining industries, has filed an application to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange.
Pending approval of its application, Flotek Industries anticipates its common stock will begin trading on the NYSE Dec. 27, 2007, under its current symbol "FTK." Flotek shares will continue to trade on the American Stock Exchange until that time.
Flotek's Chairman, President and CEO Jerry Dumas, Sr. said, "Moving onto the New York Stock Exchange has been one of our goals since day one. This platform will continue to improve the trading and liquidity of our stock for our shareholders."
