Following the announcement on October 23 regarding the new ownership situation in Aker Yards ASA, the Board of Directors is currently taking the new information into consideration.
"We will now gather all relevant information in order to review the strategic alternatives available in order to maximize the value of Aker Yards," Chairman of the Board Svein Sivertsen said. "The Board's main task is to consider the interest of all shareholders."
