Aker Kvaerner Completes A Share Capital Reduction
Aker Kvaerner ASA has completed a share capital reduction through cancellation of own shares. The share capital reduction was approved by AKVER's general meeting on March 29, 2007.
The number of shares has been reduced from 275,146,170 to 274,000,000. The share capital has been reduced from NOK 550,292,340 to NOK 548 000 000.
Following the cancellation, AKVER holds a total
of 3,421,830 own shares representing 1.25 % of total shares outstanding.
