Hercules Offshore Senior VP of Planning & Development Resigns
Hercules Offshore reported that Steven A. Manz, Sr. Vice President Planning and Corporate Development has resigned his position at Hercules Offshore effective August 31, 2007.
"Steve Manz has been a valuable member of the Management Team since he joined Hercules Offshore in 2005. His contributions to and enthusiasm for Hercules will be missed. We thank Steve for his dedication and support in getting Hercules where it is today," said Randy Stilley, CEO and President of Hercules Offshore, Inc.
Headquartered in Houston, Hercules Offshore operates a fleet of 33 jackup rigs, 27 barge rigs, 65 liftboats, three submersible rigs, nine land rigs, one platform rig and a fleet of marine support vessels and has operations in ten different countries on five continents. The company offers a range of services to oil and gas producers to meet their needs during drilling, well service, platform inspection, maintenance, and decommissioning operations in shallow waters.
