Pemex Declares Void Tender for BC Pipeline Works
Pemex Refinacion, the refining subsidiary of Mexico's state oil company Pemex, has declared void a tender for pipeline works in Baja California state, according to federal procurement website Compranet.
Information was not provided on the motives for declaring the tender void.
The tender called for an evaluation of the inspection, revamping and certification of three marine pipelines and two land pipelines in Baja California city Rosarito.
As of the last meeting to clarify project questions in late-July, three companies had purchased bidding rules for the tender: Eutotec, H. Rosen de Mexico and Tuboscope Mexico.
