FMC Makes Organizational Changes
FMC Technologies announced that Maryann T. Seaman has been promoted to Vice President of Administration, effective July 1, 2007. Seaman succeeds Michael W. Murray in this role. She will be responsible for the Human Resources function, as well as Executive Compensation, Health, Safety and Environmental and Corporate Communications. Seaman will report to Peter D. Kinnear, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Seaman has been with FMC Technologies or its predecessor since 1986. She has served in a variety of accounting and financial positions within the Company including Division Controller for the Airport Systems Division. In 2000, Seaman assumed responsibilities as Group Controller for FoodTech. In 2003, she was named Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Development for FMC Technologies, and then in 2005, assumed additional responsibility for the Corporate Communications function.
Succeeding Seaman as Director of Investor Relations is Robert K. Cherry. Before being promoted to this position, Cherry was the Director of Global Sales and Marketing for the Canning Division of FoodTech in Belgium. He began his career with FMC Technologies in 2000. Cherry will report to William H. Schumann, III, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
