Tap Oil Hires Robert Hall as Exploration Manager

Tap Oil Limited has appointed Mr. Robert Hall as Exploration Manager, replacing Mr. Peter Stickland who has been appointed the Company's Deputy CEO.

Mr. Hall joins Tap with over 25 years of experience in oil and gas exploration and development. He has had an extensive technical and management career at Ampolex Limited and subsequently Mobil Oil and ExxonMobil. More recently he was General Manager for Fusion Oil & Gas and Development Manager, Uganda for Hardman Resources. He played a key role in the development of the Wandoo oil field in the Carnarvon basin of Australia and led an exploration team for Mobil in Indonesia, which ultimately resulted in the discovery of over 500 million barrels of hydrocarbons.

Tap's Managing Director, Mr. Paul Underwood, said Tap is very pleased to have someone of Robert Hall caliber join the management team. Robert has a proven track record of creating shareholder value through leading exploration efforts in Australia and internationally and we expect him to make a strong contribution at Tap. Mr. Hall has Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geology from the University of London and a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University. He will be commencing with Tap in mid August.
