Tekoil Names Koseluk VP for Gulf Coast Ops

Tekoil & Gas Corp. has appointed Richard Koseluk to the position of Vice President of Gulf Coast Operations.

Koseluk has extensive experience and expertise in developing company operations and is thoroughly experienced in executing comprehensive business plans across several industry verticals.

Koseluk was Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Lattice Communications, a multiple service provider to Fortune 2000 companies for high-speed connectivity of sophisticated networks, secure network solutions. data management, disaster recovery, storage, web enablement and network and hardware consulting. During his tenure, Lattice developed industry relationships with strategic partners such as Cisco, Level 3 Communications and North Point Communications, and won competitive-bid contracts with companies such as Halliburton Corporation, BMC Software, Landmark Graphics, Methodist Healthcare and Air Liquide.

In 1988, Koseluk co-founded Woodlands Geophysical Group (data management and communications to the energy sector, specializing in delivery of seismic data for multi-nationals using secure communications facilities) and served as Principal until 1995, when the Company was sold to PGS Data Management, a Norwegian company.

Koseluk remained with PGS as an Executive Vice President until 1997 and established the GeoBank unit worldwide. He began his career with NL Industries in research and development and then served as a Pennzoil geophysicist in the U.S. and in Europe, where he received an award for development of computer technology advancements for Pennzoil Exploration.

Richard graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, with a BA in Geology in 1976 and then completed his Master of Science in Geophysics at Temple University, in 1979.
