Arrow Seismic Launches IPO
Arrow Seismic has launched an Initial Public Offering following it's the approval of its application for listing on the Oslo Bors/Oslo Axess.
Arrow expects to raise up to NOK 441 million in the offering, depending on the offering price and the utilization of the over-allotment option. The offering comprises two tranches: a global offering to institutional investors and a public offering to private investors in Norway.
Up to 5,250,000 new shares will be up for offer, representing approximately 28 percent of the total number of shares outstanding. In addition, there is an over-allotment facility for up to 787,500 additional shares. The indicative offer prices ranges from a minimum of NOK 65 to a maximum of NOK 73 per share. The company's market capitalization after closing is expect to range from a minimum of NOK 1,544 million to a maximum of NOK 1,791 million.
The subscription/book-building period is from May 14-24, 2007, and the expected first day of trading is May 30, 2007.
