Superior Energy Services has named Chuck Malley vice president of business development for the Well Solutions Group's Rocky Mountain Region.
Malley has been with Superior for five years, most recently as the vice president of sales and marketing for the production maintenance group in New Orleans.
"I am very excited to be part of Superior's expansion into the Rocky Mountain Region," Malley said. "I look forward to building strong client relationships in this area and continuing to expand the working relationship with my internal customers."
Malley's new responsibilities will include the assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors, generating leads for possible sales and follow-up sales activity. He is also available to all Superior subsidiaries and divisions to assist in the promotion of their services within the Rocky Mountain Region.
"Chuck's tremendous people skills and oilfield service knowledge will promote Superior in the Rocky Mountain region," said James Holleman, executive vice president of Superior's Well Solutions Group. "I look forward to new growth in this area under his directions for the Well Solutions Group as well as for all of Superior Energy Services companies."
Malley, who will be based in Denver, has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with Cardinal Wireline Specialists Inc. and Camco International Inc.
