Lorne E. Phillips Elected Vice President of Cameron
Cameron's board of directors has elected Lorne E. Phillips as a vice president of the Company. Phillips has served as treasurer of the Company since July 2005, and he will continue in that role, with responsibility for corporate finance, cash management and banking relationships with respect to Cameron and its subsidiaries.
Phillips has been with Cameron since 1999, and previously served as General Manager of the Valves & Measurement (V&M) group's Canadian operations from 2003 to 2005, as vice president, Marketing and M&A for V&M from 2000 to 2003, and as manager, Project Marketing for Cameron in the Company's corporate office. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Cameron is a leading provider of flow equipment products, systems and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries.
