PA Resources Closes Acquisition of ADECO Congo BVI Ltd.

On December 20, 2006, PA Resources AB formally closed the transaction relating to the previously announced acquisition of 100% in the company ADECO Congo BVI Ltd.
ADECO Congo BVI Ltd is the 100 percent owner of ADECO Congo SA, a company registered in the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville). ADECO Congo SA owns 85% interest in the Production Sharing Agreement in block Marine XIV situated offshore in the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville).
The consolidation of financial accounts will take place as per December 31, 2006.
