Petrobras November Output Down 0.9% to 1.94Mb/d
Brazil's federal energy company Petrobras (NYSE: PBR) cut its domestic and international production 0.89% to 1.94Mb/d in November from 1.96Mb/d in October, the company said in a statement.
Domestic production fell 0.4% to 1.81Mb/d in November from 1.82Mb/d in October. International production in eight countries fell 6.5% to 128,700b/d from 137,700b/d.
Domestic output rose 4.6% and international production fell 19% compared to November 2005.
Production in the first 11 months of 2006 averaged 1.92Mb/d, up 3.8% from 1.85Mb/d in the whole of 2005.
Including natural gas production, domestic and international output fell 0.8% to 2.32Mboe/d in November from 2.34Mboe/d in October.
Daily production in the first 11 months of 2006 averaged 2.29Mboe/d, up 3.5% from 2.22Mboe/d in the whole of 2005, the company said.
