Slaughter and Jimmerson Join RigNet Leadership

Both will certainly play integral roles in our drive for continued accelerated growth as well as the operational and fiscal management of the Company."
Slaughter has over twenty years of experience in oilfield services and remote communications, including various general management and senior staff roles at Halliburton Company and as president of Stratos Global Corporation's Broadband Division. He most recently served as vice president and general manager of Chubb USA and Counterforce USA, which are business units of United Technologies' UTC Fire & Security. In this new role at RigNet, he will work closely with sales, operations, and engineering to drive continued top line growth while strengthening the Company's ability to expand margins and improve cash flow through improved operating discipline. Slaughter has an A.B. from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
Jimmerson has over thirteen years experience in the upstream oil and gas and wireless telecommunications industries, working with companies such as Noble Drilling Corporation and American Tower. In the CFO role, he will work with the management team to enhance the Company's growth strategy, as well as strengthen financial processes and performance. Jimmerson has a B.A. in accounting from Baylor University and is a certified public accountant.
