Sultan Resigns from Grove Energy
Grove Energy Limited, the oil and gas exploration company with assets in Europe and the Mediterranean Margin, reported that Feroz Abdul Sultan has for personal reasons decided to resign as an officer and director of the company with effect from 31 December 2006.
Sultan has served as an officer and director of the company since 13 November 2003 and was most recently responsible for managing Grove's North Sea, Romanian and Tunisian assets and new ventures.
Glenn Whiddon commented, on behalf of the directors: "We take this opportunity to thank Feroz and express our appreciation for his significant contribution to the growth of the company. His many friends within the Grove organization shall miss his experience, talents and sense of humor and we wish him well for the future."
