CNOOC Makes Discovery in Indonesia
CNOOC
CNOOC has made an oil discovery in Indonesia on the Madura Block KE 40. The wildcat KE 40-1 well hit pay zones in the Kujung III Formation and flowed 2,400 barrels of oil and 1.7 million cubic feet of gas per day on a one-inch choke. The Company has a 25 % working interest in the Block operated by Kodeco Energy Company, Ltd.
