Noble Denton Makes Executive Appointments
A number of senior executive changes are being made at Noble Denton. Group CEO, David Sutton recently stated that the changes reflect the commitment of the Directors to implement the growth strategy of the new Noble Denton and amend the structure of the Group to assist in that process. The proposed amendments are as follows:
Appointment of Group Ventures Director
The Noble Denton Group announced that with effect from the 10th November 2006, Richard Bush will be taking up a new position within the Group. The position of Group Ventures Director has been created to lead and integrate new acquisitions into the Group. This role will not be involved with day-to-day business within the Group but is focused on growth through acquisitions. Richard will be reporting to the Group CEO, David Sutton.
Richard's tenure in the Far East has seen a period of significant growth both in terms of the region and the Group. The establishment of a successful projects division and a highly profitable operation in Jakarta are just two of a string of successes. He is handing over an organization with proven track record to Stuart Guy who will hopefully be able to build on the platform Richard has created.
The Board would like to thank Richard for his hard work in the past and wish him every success in his new role.
Appointment of Far East Managing Director
The Noble Denton Group is pleased to announce that with effect from the 10th November 2006, the Far East companies within the Noble Denton Group will be directed by Stuart Guy. Stuart is taking over from Richard Bush and will be reporting to the Group CEO, David Sutton.
Stuart has proven to be one of the most commercially aware managers within the Group and it is appropriate at this stage for him to move into a more senior role.
Appointment of Brand Protection Director
The Noble Denton Group is pleased to announce that the role of Brand Protection Director has been accepted by Nigel Robinson. Nigel has until recently been the Deputy Brand Protection Director and is ideally suited to take over this role.
The Directors of Noble Denton Group would like to thank Richard Bush for his years in that role. Richard helped initiate the concept of the Brand Protection Policy that has proven to be a lifeguard of the standards and values of the Group.
The Brand Protection Policy and its implementation are going to be most important with the development of Noble Denton and more announcements can be expected on how the Group intend to implement it in the future.
