John Giddens, Chief Executive of Hallin Marine, said:

'We are continuing to ensure our management structure is right for our planned growth and we believe we are very well set to enter our next phase of profitable growth with this new structure.'

'Establishing the two geographic divisions is the logical management structure given our areas of work both now and in the future. Having two capable, experienced and talented executives who have become our regional managing directors and will run the new divisions, each backed up by an excellent team of people in the respective regions, will play a major role in delivering continued successful growth.

'Recruiting someone of John Payne's expertise and experience to drive forward the services hub of the business to ensure it keeps pace with the growth in the divisions is a keystone step for the company.'
