Hyperdynamics Hires GeoExperts to Manage Farmout Process

Hyperdynamics has engaged GeoExperts of Houston, Texas to a consulting and farmout management contract for its concession offshore The Republic of Guinea. The contract provides for the assessment, packaging, marketing and negotiation of a farmout bid round for a portion of the company's massive 33,000 square mile concession, representing one of the world's largest under-explored areas.

"To accentuate the capabilities of our talented team, GeoExperts will augment our in-house expertise with oil and gas industry experts possessing many years of experience working in Africa," said Kent Watts, the company's Chief Executive. He further commented, "We have an asset that has world class potential. It is only fitting that we add GeoExperts' world class experience."

John Burton, Founder and Managing Director of GeoExperts, said, "In today's environment, I expect as many as two dozen oil companies will want to participate. Hyperdynamics certainly has one of the most exciting opportunities in the world today and GeoExperts is proud to be a part. We have been charged to help our client maximize the potential of this project and that is what we plan to do."
