Enterprise Partners Raises Cash from Sale of Common Units

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) announced that the underwriters of its recent equity offering have exercised their option to purchase an additional 1,650,000 common units. This sale is part of the Company's equity offering that was priced on September 7, 2006 and is at the offering price to the public of $25.80 per common unit. The underwriters had a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,650,000 additional common units.

The net proceeds after offering expenses from the sale of 12,650,000 common units in the equity offering will be approximately $320.2 million, including the additional common units sold and a proportionate net capital contribution of $6.4 million from the general partner. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Securities LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
