RigNet Expands On-site Operations to Brazil
The expansion is part of RigNet's continued remarkable global growth it has experienced during the past several years. It also increases the company's dominant local presence the Company has gained worldwide to serve its customers where ever their drilling operations are deployed globally.

Laurent Maubre has joined RigNet as general manager of the Brazil office. Mr. Maubre comes to RigNet from Litwin Engineering where he served as vice president of the company's oil and gas division. He brings more than 18 years of offshore upstream oil and gas experience and offshore project management in Brazil and Argentina. In his new position, Mr. Maubre will lead RigNet's growth efforts throughout the Brazil region.

The expansion to Brazil will enable RigNet to capitalize on the growing demand for higher-quality communications and customer service to oil and gas drilling operations in this region of the world. RigNet Brazil will also respond to the growing demand of communication services from vessel owners and service companies operating in Brazilian waters. The Company's on-site technical support staff will be based in Macae, and will deliver the same high levels of service that its customers receive throughout the rest of the world.
Addressing the communications challenges faced by oil and gas companies today in remote locations, RigNet uses leading satellite and networking technologies to provide a high-quality solution for broadband data, voice and video communications, as well as real-time data management. RigNet installs, manages and supports communication systems without requiring its customers to invest in and manage expensive telecommunications equipment, allowing them to redirect valuable resources to their core businesses. RigNet real-time data management acquires, distributes and manages real-time and historical well site data.
