Powder River Continues Success at Weesatche Project

Powder River Basin Gas Corp. has completed the J.P. Green #2 well on the Weesatche project in Goliad County, Texas. This well is producing at 500 mcf gas per day and holding a constant pressure of 1100 psi.

This completes the seventh well of the 14 well program with 100% success to date.

The seven wells are producing at 500 mcf gas per day and will be gradually increased after the first of September in accordance with RRC recommendations.

Drilling has commenced on the Taylor #1 well, which is the eighth well of this program.

"We are very pleased with the progress and success of the first seven wells of the Weesatche project. As previously stated, our initial projections were 300 - 350 mcf per day. These projections were very modest in contrast to what these wells are actually capable of. To us, this just reinforces the value of utilizing 3-D seismic on these shallow plays," stated Powder River Basin Gas Corp. CEO Brian Fox.

Powder River Basin Gas Corp. is currently on schedule to complete this 14 well project by the year end.
