BNamericas

Technicians from Ecuador's state oil company Petroecuador were due to meet with the company board on Tuesday (Aug 22) rather than Monday as originally planned, a Petroecuador spokesperson told BNamericas.

The technicians are due to present information on the following nine marginal fields in the Amazon the company aims to tender: Armadillo, Chanangue, Eno-Ron, Frontera-Tapi-Tetete, Ocano-Pena Blanca, Pacay, Pucuna, Puma and Singue.

The technicians were due to present information regarding each field's production level, crude type, reserve level, environmental studies and required investment. The meetings are expected to result in timelines for the tender of the blocks.
