Wood Group ESP Names New President and COO

Wood Group ESP has appointed Gary Ford president and chief operating officer, effective June 1. Gary succeeds Joe Brady, who will continue to serve as chairman and CEO of WGESP.

Gary, who has more than 20 years of experience in the electric submersible pump industry, served most recently as WGESP's senior vice president of Eastern Hemisphere operations. He joined WGESP in 2003 as vice president of the Middle East region, and has been instrumental in growing the company's Eastern Hemisphere business; leading teams that secured new contracts in Chad and China.

"Gary's overall industry experience and successes in the Eastern Hemisphere demonstrate his exceptional leadership, which will be instrumental in the company's continued global expansion and long-term strategic growth," said Joe Brady.
