Crosco Wins New Contracts

Crosco Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co., Lt

Crosco has been awarded several new contracts and provides the following update on its activities in Libya, Egypt, Syria and Hungary.

Libya

Crosco recently commenced provision of drilling services with Crosco 2000 HP drilling rig Emsco 603 (Emsco C-2II) for Woodside Energy North Africa Limited. Currently Crosco is drilling wildcat well A-1-NC209, Block NC209 in the Sirte Basin. The proposed total depth of Woodside's first well in Libya is 4,120 meters.

Services in Libya are also being provided to Eni Gas BV Libyan Branch as well as for Agip Oil.

Egypt

Crosco has commenced drilling wildcat well Drazia-1 with 2000 HP Crosco drilling rig Emsco 605 (Emsco C-2II) for INA Industrija nafte d.d. Zagreb Naftaplin (Egypt Branch). This first well of a planned two well program is on the East Yidma concession, Alamein Sub-Basin, in the Northern Egyptian Basin near the city of Al Alamein. The planned well depth is 3,660 meters.

Syria

Crosco has commenced drilling an exploration well for Gulfsands Petroleum PLC with Crosco 1500 HP drilling rig Midco 501 (Mid Continent U914EC). The Suwaidiyah North 1 well is being drilled in Block 26 in the Zagros Province. The planned well depth is 2,200 meters.

Services in Syria are also being provided to Al Furat Petroleum Co (Shell), Dublin International Petroleum and INA-Naftaplin.

Hungary

Crosco continues with drilling services for TXM Oil & Gas Exploration LLC a wholly owned Hungarian subsidiary of Falcon Oil &Gas Ltd. Drilling services are being provided with 1000 HP Crosco National 403 (National 80 UE) and 3000 HP Crosco National 801 (National 1625 UDBE). Crosco National 403 has completed drilling the Szekkutas-1 well to the depth of 3,585 meters on the Mako License. Crosco National 801 is currently drilling the Mako-6 well also on the Mako License. The Mako-6 is planned to a well depth of 6,000 meters.

Crosco is an integrated onshore and offshore drilling and well services contractor. The company has a fleet of 51 modern drilling, workover and geoservice rigs as well as one semisubmersible and one jackup. Crosco also operates and manages Noble jackup rig Carl Norberg, provides crew services for Noble jackup rig Noble Harvey Duhaney and provides, manages and maintains drilling, completion and workover services on ENI's Libyan Sabratha drilling and production platform. In addition, with state-of-the-art western equipment, Crosco provides the following services: well testing, coil tubing, nitrogen, cementing, stimulation, logging, mud, coring, fishing and directional drilling.

Crosco is currently providing services in Oman, Qatar, UAE, Syria, Egypt, Libya, Russia, Italy, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Croatia.
